SHIPPING

our processing time is 24-48 hours. we try to ship out all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt, from our new orleans warehouse. this excludes holidays and weekends.

we offer free ground shipping via usps on all orders over $100. all shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout, your address will determine rate.

we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered, so please make sure your delivery address is a secure location for drop-off.

RETURNS

we offer free returns for items in new condition, within 30 days of original receipt, with the exception of all sale items. if you’d like to return an item, please email info@shoplekha.com for details.
