Through our work with the Saheli Women, we have:
– helped train 200 female artisans.
– assisted in placing 500 girls in schools.
– created the first and only female health center in Bhikamkor.
– begun the process of funding and building a library and arts center.




Meet Trish
I created Lekha in 2017 to connect us to those who create the goods we wear every day. Lekha is named after my grandmother, a major political figure in India's fight for independence, as a testament to the gentle strength and inspirational power of women around the world.
